 Time reveals the secrets. Time is revealing the secrets which big powers tried their best to keep safe. Yesterday prime Minister of Pakistan Yousaf Raza Gallani, revealed that LTTE was behind March 3, Attack on Sri Lankan Cricket teem

Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani revealed on Sunday that the terrorists who attacked the Sri Lankan cricket team in Lahore earlier this year were financed by the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).  

Gilani said that he had been told by Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapakse – during his recent visit to Libya – that the Tamil Tigers had funded terror attacks in Pakistan, including the commando-style attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team at Lahore’s Liberty market roundabout.    

 Two important things we know from PM’s Statement

1. LTTE was involve in many terror attacks in Pakistan
2. LTTE financed 3^rd march 2009 Attack on Sri Lanka Teem

 Lets first cheak some facts about LTTE. I will Quote my Paper which was Published in book “ Conflict with in State” edited by Prof Iram Khalid , Published by Maktaba Tamir Insaaniat in 2005.

I will quote from its unedited version which I published on my blog…Lost Identity.

LTTE is toughest insurgent / Terrorist movement in Srilanka, and in the World. It has proved that no other insurgent or terrorist movement in the contemporary world can be considered equivalent to it.
LTTE’s links with TULF originated long before TULF got mandate for separate Tamil Eealam. Initially out of 35 militant Tamil groups, TNT (Tamil National Tigers) got the fame and emerged as the most powerful force in Jaffna. Vilupillai Prabahakaran, 18-year school dropout, formed TNT in 1972.
 
Before the direct covert involvement to Indian government, Tamil Nadu’s government had good relations with Tamil insurgent groups of Srilanka. During 1970’s, Tamil Nadu government gave bases to Srilankan insurgent groups. Policy of regional imperialism has always been a driving force in formulation of Indian foreign policy since its independence. India from its birth maintained excellent relations with USSR and it was due to Srilankan government’s good relations with west especially with USA. Indian leadership thought (as projected by them) that Srilanka was giving right to US to build a military base at the port of Trincomalee, which in fact neither Srilankan government nor US have ever discussed. So due to this self created baseless fear India started training and supporting Tamil terrorists including LTTE. RAW (Research and analysis wing), the main intelligence and sabotage agency of India was ordered by Indra’s government to train and equip Tamil terrorists. The “Third agency of RAW,” a supra intelligence out fit started training Tamil insurgents in 32 training camps. By mid 1987, 20,000 insurgents had been trained and were provided weapons by central government of India and state government of Tamil Nadu. While most of the initial training was confined to military and paramilitary camps in utter Perdeash, specialized training was given in special training camps in New Delhi, Momby, and Vishakhapatnam. The most enigmatic training was given to insurgents in Dera Dun along with Bengali, Pakistani and Tibetan rebels.

LTTE was created by Indian Help. It was trained and equipped by Indian agencies. After Indra Gandhi the Policy changed, not due to any sympathy with Srilanka but for the reason that….Indian created monster started making troubles in Tamil Nado.

 Due to U turn by Indian Government Rajiv Gandhi was killed in Suicide attack by a Tamil women.. Al though Indian government claims that it broke its contacts with LTTE but evidence tells other wise. Elements of Raw and Other Intelligence agencies maintained their contacts with LTTE. Tamil Nadu state government was bound to help Srilankan Tamil terrorists on ethnic grounds.

 Sri Lanka is one of the best and loyal friends of Pakistan in South Asia. Sri Lanka helped Pakistan in early 70’s when Indians Banned Pakistani flights using its aero space. As preliminary to attack, on Pakistan’s eastern wing. It was Sri Lanka who stood by Pakistan and allowed its aero space and facilities, rejecting all Indian pressures.

In response to kindness of Sri Lankan government Pakistan always stood by Sri Lanka. By early 90 Pakistan Army have started Special courses for Sri Lankan Soldiers. Pakistan also provided Srilanka arms and intelligence,

India saw this warm Relationship as threat to its interests. It tried its best to stop Srilanka seeking help from Pakistan. In late 90’s SriLankan Forces were near to victory against Tamil Terrorists . According to Thomas A Mark ,Professor at National Defense University , Washington ,India pressurize Sri Lanka and Sent its Army in disguise of IPKF( International Peace Keeping Force) to Sri Lanka. This not only stopped Momentum gained but also allowed LTTE to regroup.

 In August 2005 Indian Agencies assessed that LTTE will be defeated due to cooperation between the both brotherly countries and impressive show of courage and bravery by Sri Lankan Forces. First they  gave warning to Srilankan President to remove Pakistani High Commissioner to Srilanka, Lt. Col Bashir Walli when Sri Lanka rejected Indian demand; Bashir Wali was targeted by claymore mine in Colombo… Indians Claim that LTTE was behind the Attack. This was denied by Col Bashir Walli who blamed India over this attack.

 In modern days Intelligence agencies tend to out source their dirty work. Interestingly India is best at it. In Srilanka it used its contacts with LTTE against Pakistan. Similarly an Ex Research and Analysis Wing Chief B Ramon in one essay revealed that LTTE is training and help Baloch rebels.  

He also revealed in one of his essay that HuM or Harkat ul Mujahideen was Tactical ally of LTTE and it was LTTE which helped HuM in Srilanka teem attack.

Now it has become clear that the aim of 3rd March 2009 attack on Sri Lankan Chricket teem was to further defame Pakistan and to Stop international Chricket in Pakistan and to threat International investers not to invest in Pakistan. Pakistan has no enemies in the region. Its only India who never allowed peace to prevail. may be its due to the age old dream of hindu rashtra or Bharat Versha.

 ·         Nehru in his anguish once said” sooner or latter India will have to function as a unified country..

 Indian intelligence and diplomacy follows teachings of Chanakya Kutlia , who advocates that a power full king should never let his neighbors to sit in peace and abet troubles for them.

 Thomas A Mark the professor in National Defense University of USA in his book  Maoist insurgency since Vietnam  in 1992 revealed  that Indian  Agencies train Pakistani, Burmese, Chinese and Bangladeshi rebels along with LTTE cadre in Dera dun….

 Its interesting how USA and west have double standards. They can see bad things in China, Burma and Pakistan but they fail to see how India engineers things. May be this hypocrisy is due to greed of Indian Market.
