Jammu,September20:-Chairman, Jammu Kashmir National Panthetrs Party ( JKNPP) and Member, Legislative Council Prof. Bhim Singh suggested that Mirwaiz should advice Pakistan and other 52 Islamic countries to implement his proposition to put an end to the interest system or benefit receiving procedure from their banking systems and then preach his doctrine to an Indian State which is committed to secularism and for upholding the tenets of democracy and composite culture.
In a statement issued here, Bhim Singh regretted that young Mirwaiz, though, a loving human being has lost the tracks to light and unfortunately, he is slipping into darkness which is evident from his words these days which do not represent the ethos of Kashmiriyat. Does Mirwaiz advocate for the establishment of an Islamic State in Jammu and Kashmir? Does that go with the preachings and practice of Mirwaiz, Maulana Farooq, his father who always stood for the glory of the composite culture of Jammu and Kashmir?
He described the demand of Moulvi Farooq, Mirwaiz of Kashmir for Islamisation of J&K Bank and opening road to Pakistan via Muzaffrabad without permits as childish and out of frustration.
Prof. Bhim Singh suggested that Shri Ali Shah Geelani and Moulvi Umar Farooq should first surrender his Indian Passport, return his security and stop traveling as an Indian first and then preach to the Kashmiries to travel without permit to POK.
Prof. Bhim Singh strongly appealed to the Valley based traders to not to be misled by the ‘half-baked’ and ‘stinking’ slogans of the frustrated anti-Indian leadership in the Valley to sour the 160 years old trade and commercial relations between Kashmir and Jammu.
