Jammu, February 11 (Scoop News) – Claiming that there is “a nexus of land mafia with some politicians, bureaucrats, police officers and criminals”, Young Panthers today lambasted the state government. for not exposing the names of the tainted ministers in the state cabinet whereas they have disclosed the name of some police officials which were involved in land grabbing and other criminal conspiracies.
Addressing a press conference held at party headquarters in Jammu,Pushvinder Singh Manhas State Sr. Vice-President, Young Panthers said that it is very unfortunate that the land grabbers who have grabbed thousands of kanals of State and Forest land are none other than top most politicians of major political parties of the state and ministers in the present NC-Congress led coalition government in the state.
He said that nexus between politicians, land mafia, notorious criminals and police has been exposed in which top politicians, notorious criminals; land mafia and police officials are involved.

He said earlier the names of some politicians were also disclosed their involvement in MBBS/BDS entrance exams scandal but till date no action has been taken by government against them.
He further said that it is clear now that notorious gangster who was involved in the case of Chopra murder has definite links with these tainted politicians but state govt. is not daring to expose these politicians and is trying its level best to save them. He reminded that the Chief Minister of state Omar Abdullah repeatedly claims that he is in the favour of corruption free government in the state, then, by he is not taking any action against such tainted politicians? It seems that he is afraid of loosing his chair of chief Minister if he takes action against these politicians who are holding ministerial berth in his state cabinet.
Pushvinder demanded that the names of these politicians should be exposed with immediate effect and their black faces should be brought in front public. He also demanded for judicial enquiry in land grabbing cases in the state which should be headed by some justice of court of law.
