The transfer industry flourishes in the state with impunity in spite of cabinet nod for a new transparent policy. The mega transfer and attachment industry fills the coffers of strong who openly bribe to get transferred to the plum posts. It is high time that the people come in open and launch a crusade against the corrupt and inefficient in the state, Chuni said.
