The world is so busy.People living in the world are so crazy and are always running after something, in search of something.Tension, tension and tension is everywhere and of course it is the order of the day.
On the one hand being busy and mad after something, it is an irony that people are also worried about stress management and it has become the watchword of every man on this earth. And of course stress management is the mostly debated hot and current topic today.
After all man has become the victim of his own making and the problems that he face are inescapable.Anyhow we are in search of a remedy. The foremost advice that is often forthcoming is to be relaxed in any situation or circumstance. To remain relaxed in any given situation, a man has to possess a common virtue or quality, that is to remain patient at any situation irrespective of the gravity of the situation.
Of course remaining patient is not so easy. Patience as a virtue or quality is not an inherent quality of a man.In some families, patience as a virtue or quality it is being developed or cultivated traditionally and we may even envy at them.Upper classes who do not have any resource crunch, can develop the quality in them consciously and it is very easy for them.Even among the upper class people who are mad after money or mad after any specialised knowledge, are running from pillar to post and it is quite difficult for them to develop patience as a virtue in them and naturally they will find it very difficult to manage stress.
Whereas the middle class and the downtrodden people, who are struggling in this world to eke out their livlihood or people who are status conscious find it very difficult in developing patience as a virtue.
Therefore,in order to have a good result over stress management, it is our duty to develop patience as a virtue by making conscious efforts. But the result will not come overnight. It is a slow and gradual process that may take even years.
One may even tend to ask how to develop or cultivate the quality or virtue called patience. The conscious efforts that we have to make is to study some useful books on ethics, to observe and follow the people as even role models, who attained success by being patient.Of course, in the course of developing the virtue or quality of patience, each man will have his own problems or what we call in the common parlance the background. The motivating factor in developing the virtue of patience will be the health hazards that we may have or face in case of our failure in stress management.
Therefore in order to successfully tackle stress, it is our duty to be patient, and if we don’t have that quality or virtue , we have to make conscious efforts in that direction, taking all the above mentioned aspects into consideration and become successful in life.
Therefore, one’s watch word should be, ‘Be Patient, lest you will become a Patient!’
