Patients Died in Agoesdjam hospitals Ketapang, Because of false Transfusion

KETAPANG – After getting a blood transfusion, patients RSUD Agoesdjam Ketapang, West Kalimantan, died Friday (9 / 1) at 22:30 WIT ago. Later known, the blood that transfused is not the same as the blood type of Hasimah, the name of the patient.
