Paul Spackman , a 31-year old from New York, went missing while tubing with a friend in Whitingham, Vermont this past Sunday.
Paul Spackman was not wearing a lifejacket when he went underwater in the Harriman Reservoir during a sudden storm. Spackman was trying to get back to the boat he’d rented.
Members from the Wilmington Police and Fire Departments, Whitingham Fire Department, and Brattleboro Dive Team searched for Paul Spackman over the weekend. The Vermont State Police scuba team will continue the search today.
