This process has now been completed by the Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah by empowering panchayats. He said the coalition government headed by Omar Abdullah has taken many revolutionary steps to mitigate the sufferings of the people adding that Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA) has made officers accountable to solve the problems of people in fixed time frame failing which they shall have to face disciplinary action.
