He said that document procured by the party clearly reflect that a whopping amount was fraudulently withdrawn from the account of the JKCA with the consent of Dr Abdullah. He said that documents of Jammu and Kashmir Bank also established involvement of Dr Farooq Abdullah in the scam and it was need of the hour to properly investigate the whole scandal. He said that to ensure proper investigation in this case, it was necessary to take action against Farooq Abdullah.
Yatoo regretted that youth of Jammu and Kashmir have been agitating to get basic facilities in sports especially in cricket but the whopping amount sanctioned by the BCCI for promotion of cricket has been brazenly pocketed by those who are managing affairs of JKCA.
Nazir Yatoo said that National Conference has not left any sector where the party leaders have looted the public money. Now the NC leaders have brazenly started siphoning off the money meant for development of sports in the state. He warned that such loot by the NC leadership would further fuel alienation among the people especially among the youth.
