The People of Color Network (PCN), the leading provider of whole health mental health services in the state of Arizona announces its Health Navigator Coalition is here to help uninsured people connect to the Health Insurance Marketplace.
For a second year, PCN Health is serving as Navigator Grantee through the Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers. PCN Health has trained Navigators and Application Counselors [CACs] certified by the US Department of Human Services.
PCN is part of Cover Arizona, a community of non-profit and non-partisan organizations in Arizona, aims to help individuals with health insurance issues. One of its efforts is to launch the Health Insurance Marketplace where people can enroll and ask assistance with health insurance.
This is part of PCN’s commitment to creating healthy communities..

Open Enrollment will begin on November 15 and will be open for 90 days (November 15, 2014 to February 15, 2015). Feel free to visit Coveraz.org to know more about this and find local help.
