Manila, Philippines —Michael Oliver, founder of software provider Open 4 Business Online (O4BO), is one of the 93 finalists from around the world taking part in a unique, new job creation, crowd funding initiative sponsored by VoltCrowd.com.
Oliver will try to fund one year’s worth of salaries for 10 new hires from the Philippines – including software developers, customer support agents, and content specialists. "The Philippines is the ideal place to start a SaaS company", said Oliver. He adds that "the Business Process Outsourcing industry in the Philippines is booming. The combination of talent found here plus the value of our product forms the perfect synergy for our customers", says Oliver.
