Chitral police not lodged FIR against accused of stabber a boy in 3 days.

CHITRAL: Chitral police not lodged First information report (FIR) against suspected stabber in 3 days. According to detail Mudassir Hussain son of Muhammad Sher resident of Jughor was stabbed badly by some people of the same village. He was rushed to Chitral scouts hospital for treatment where doctors conducted 14 stitches of his injuries. His brothers Shakeel Hussain and Mubashir Hussain told to local journalists that they visited police station Chitral for lodging FIR for the last 3 days but police always hesitate to lodge FIR against the accused parsons.
They said that due to no FIR it is fear that might the culprits killed the injured boy in hospital. When his father frustrate from Chitral police he approached to some elites of the area but all in vain. He shifted his son back to his house and were compelled to compromise with rival group because police took no action against the accused persons in 3 days.
This scribe contacted SHO police station Chitral Iqbal Karim to ascertain reasons behind hesitating of police in lodging FIR. SHO said that the accused persons are of low age and we can not lodge FIR against them.
Social and political circle of Chitral strongly lamented this favoritism of Chitral police despite that provincial government has passed access to right act in which police if bound to lodge FIR without any delay. People demanded from Chief Minister KP and Inspector General of Police Khyber Pahtonkhwa for take notice of this issue.
