In a statement Bhim urged N.N. Vohra, the Governor to invoke Section 92 of J&K Constitution to save the state from further breakdown in law and order situation by dismissing NC-Congress government. He said under Section 92 of J&K Constitution provides that if the government fails to maintain law and order, the Governor is under obligation to replace the government by his own administration.
He said that the present situation in J&K has released the alarming points because the entire administration has been paralyzed, there is no administration at all, there is no governance at all, the government has failed to fill 35,000 vacancies, thousands of unemployed on protesting in the streets, the corruption is touching the skies and the state is at the breaking point. The Panthers Party Chief said that Governor is under obligation to intervene under Section 92 before it is too late.
The Panthers Chief condemned the State government for invoking ESMA against the employees and arresting them like sheep. The Panthers Party Chief demanded the release of all the employees and withdrawal of cases against them.
