Leave aside apathy of government hospitals, the private clinics are looting patients here with impunity. Doctors are available on the time of fee collection and the technical task is being performed by lesser qualified unknown para-medicos who could or could not be qualified academically and technically.

JK Medicity hospital at Narwal has been established by a group of reputed doctors including Dr Mohan Lal, Cardiologist, Dr Gagandeep, Dental Surgon, Dr Gurjeet Singh, Cardiac Surgeon and Dr Suresh Saraf kidney Specialist for the last about one year.
According to medical experts, the various tests should be done by a registered medical doctor at least having MBBS qualification. But in the maximum of case the lesser qualified employees are engaged to perform tests and duly signed by the doctors. Which amounts to crime according to medical experts?
Well informed sources said that tests are always far away from the facts and doctors usually advice for repeating of same tests for several times. Taking medication is secondary but diagnoses and tests at preliminary stage cause shock or rather frustration to the patient.
The sage of other privately managed city laboratories and clinics is of same nature. For instance Lal Path laboratory and others of similar familiarity have online pathologist available only for the sake of formality. Such is bizarre circumstances on the account of health related alignments that one is confused as to whom should trust and whom should not to be.
Retired medical superintended and medical expert while deliberating over the issue said that lab is only registered in the name of a recognized doctor having at least bachelor of medicine degree. He said that though technicians are also a part of testing exercise but a doctor has take responsibility for over all results, whatsoever may be.
