Prof. Bhat for inclusion of Kashmiris in any Indo-Pak dialogue process

Srinagar, December 20, (Scoop News)_ Welcoming resumption of dialogue between India and Pakistan, separatist All Party Hurriyat Conference (APHC) and Jammu Kashmir Muslim Conference (JKMC) leader, Professor Abdul Gani Bhat on Friday demanded inclusion of Kashmiris into the process for the peaceful resolution of Kashmir dispute.

Addressing a congregations after Friday prayers in Aashpora Langate, Prof.Bhat said that dialogue is the only way forward to resolve the decade’s old disputes; however he said that for the peaceful resolution of Kashmir issue.

He said India and Pakistan has to include Kashmiri representatives into the dialogue process for making it results oriented.

Prof Bhat said that from past experiences both the countries should now accept that without including genuine leadership-representing aspirations of Kashmiri people in talks for resolving Kashmir issue can’t yield fruits neither the people of Jammu and Kashmir
will accept any solution entrusted upon them.

He said that peaceful resolution of Kashmir issue can only guarantee peace in the region, so it is imperative for both the countries to resolve it peacefully and amicably.

Prof. Bhat reaffirmed that Muslim Conference will continue to fight politically for the resolution of Kashmir issue which they have started in 1931.

After Friday prayers, Prof. Bhat accompanied by party senior leaders addressed a delegate’s session in the area.
