Promote and strengthen Dogra Culture all over the world

 

 

 

Jammu/New Delhi, April 14 (Scoop News) -A noted national Dogri Poet Padma Sachdev on  occasion of Baisakhi festival called on the Dogras to unite humane bonds of love and humanity to strengthen the global fraternity.

 

A Baisakhi get-together was organized at the NPP Headquarters in New Delhi under the chairmainship of Mrs. Padma Sachdev, and Prof. Bhim Singh was chief guest. Harsh Dev Singh, MLA and Leader of the Legislature Party, Balwant Singh Mankotia, MLA, State President, Yashpal Kundal, MLA, General Secretary and Syed Rafiq Shah, MLC, General Secretary. Prof. Ashutosh Sharma, a noted Dogra social activist,  D.K. Dogra, National Bahujan Party President,  K.K. Manhotra,  B.S. Sajan, Delhi Pradesh Panthers Party President and other party office bearers also  attended Baisakhi celebration.

Prof. Bhim Singh congratulating the people on Baisakhi called on the people to take a message of secular unity, progress and ultimate justice which shall come only through ‘Ultimate Revolution.’

 

Prominent Dogra activist urged the Dogras all over India and those who have been residing abroad to take a pledge to promote and strengthen Dogra Culture which has been under a serious cultural aggression from the ruling clique particularly the Congress and the National Conference. The Dogras are identified with Hindus, Muslims and other groups irrespective of their religions or castes. There are more than two crores of Dogras spread in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and J&K besides 25,000 Dogras in POK.
