Provincial Minister Inaugurates Two Middle Schools for Girls

 Provincial Minister for Population Welfare Saleem inaugurated two girls middle school at Chitral.

 

CHITRAL: Provincial Minister for Population welfare Saleem Khan stressed upon masses to educate their daughters because no development is possible without education and equally participation of women in society.

He was addressing a public meeting on the occasion of opening ceremony of government middle school for girls Thoryan deh (Ayun) and middle School for girls at Mori Bala at upper Chitral. He said that PPP coaling government with ANP facing great challenges due to tense situation in the province but we should to strengthen our unity with supporting security forces who fighting against militants and unity among our queue . He said that Chitral is confined in High Mountain and its inhabitants facing numerous problems due to backwardness but and non availability of civic amenities but we can develop and enhance our life standard by getting education. He said that you must to educate your daughters for creating an educated mother who look after their children with a best way. He said that no nation can develop without education.

He said that annual developmental fund was equally distributed at different parts of Chitral to launched different developmental projects. He said that he will try of its best to enhance network of establishing educational institutions in the district. He thanked Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani and president Asif Ali Zardari for remission of agriculture loans at Malakand Division and hopefully Chitral will be benefited from this scheme.

He also assured the people of Mori Bala a very backward and remote locality for providing of telephone facility, construction of black top road and up-gradation of their school to high and higher secondary.  He said that he had sanctioned and allocated fund for 2  high, 2 middle 4 primary schools at different areas of Chitral as well as one degree College have been approved by provincial government on his request for Droh area. He paid rich tribute to those martyred who sacrifices their lives for the sack of the country during fighting against terrorists.

 

  He emphasized on the local community to must maintain their exemplary peace because development is only possible in a peaceful environment. Quoting tremendousness of Swat he said that some 300 schools were damaged by extremists at Swat and not possible to be restored in next 50 years. He appeal all community to discourage any violence action by outsiders or internally for keeping Chitral as a symbolic peaceful district. He said that unattractive area allowances for 15000 employees were increased from 150 to 1500 per month by coalition government of NWFP. He said that he will left no stone unturn for development of Chitral and solving problems of the people. A large number of people welcomed him on his arrival to both villages who also attended his public meeting. Besides him other party workers of district cabinet of PPP were also present on the occasion.
