Qari Faizulla Award of Rs: 50000 announced for seminary students.
CHITRAL: Qari Faizullah Award and cash prizes of rupees 50000 would be given to position holders students who qualified their annual Examination under Wafaqul Madaras Al-Arabia Multan. It was disclosed by Khateeb Shahi Masjid Chitral Haji Khaleequz Zaman Ayuni. He said that those students belongs to Chitral scored best position would be given this award. He said that prominent political and religious person Qari Faizullah has announced that students of religious schools who qualified annual examination under Wafaqul Madaras Alarabia Multan would be given cash award and Iqra Symbol and Shield. He said that award would also be given to students belongs to Gilgit and Baltistan under this criteria and catagory. He said that the award would not only be given to students of Dora Hadees but students of any category of Wafaqul Madaras. He said that award would be granted conditionally that parents of those students who applying for this award must be settled at Chitral not in any city of Pakistan (out side of Chitral). He said that first position holder would be given cash award of rupees 25000, second position holder 15000 and third position holder would be awarded 10000 with Iqra Shield. It is worth to mention here that Qari Faizullah who is settled at Karachi granting cash award of rupees 100000 every year for the last 6 years to position holders students of SSC (matriculation examination) at Chitral and this is separate award of Religious schools students. He offered all students to be hard workers and receive cash award. He said that main objectives of giving these awards and cash prizes only to motivate students for getting education and to increase literacy ratio in the district.
Student Distinction.
CHITRAL: Hafiz Nazir Hussain son of Chiragh Hussain Inspector Chitral police passed his annual examination of M.Com final with good marks and secured first position in Malakand University. He secured 1039 marks out of 1400 marks. Earlier that he also had topped the university in M.Com previous examination. He attributed his success his hardworking, best environment of the university and prayers of parents.

Annual festival of Kalash community ( the most rare nation and genealogy of the worlds) has been started from May 13 and is continue for 3 days in 3 valleys of Kalash that are Birir, Bumobrate and Rumboor. Hence final events and colorful programs of the festival would be held at Bumborate the headquarters of Kalash valleys on May 16.
