Qorus, Kramer Levin Develop Intuitive Legal Pitch Management Solution

Qorus, a company that helps businesses create documents, and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, a law firm representing emerging growth and Global 1000 companies, have developed an intuitive legal pitch management solution to streamline the management of business development content, according to a press release.

Prior to the development of the management solution, the firm had been manually updating experience, bios and practice service descriptions across its RFP content, deal matter, and its website.

Along with a solution to streamline the management of business content, the firm was also looking for a way to collaborate on pitches. The firm’s graphics team, who manually formatted pitch documents, worked extra hours to handle the heavy workload.

The solution created by Qorusdocs and Kramer Levin took six months to develop, with the firm’s marketing team playing a big role in developing the solution. The end result is an intuitive legal marketing solution.

The legal solution from Qorus integrates with CMS applications, including Drupal and Sitecore, and allows firms to convert website content to native Microsoft formats. The content can then be used automatically in RFP responses, pitches, event materials and capability brochures, according to the press release. Updates to a firm’s website are automatically replicated in Qorus and are ready for use in proposal-ready formats.

Qorus integrations have expanded to include CRM, time and billing, and DMS tools. The end goal is to allow firms to share essential content and information.

Qorus is a company based in Bellevue, Washington that helps businesses make documents quickly and accurately.

“Over the years we have created and refined solutions that accelerate the process of creating business critical documents like pitches, proposals and contracts,” said Ray Meiring, CEO of Qorus, in an interview with GeekWire. “Essentially, we make sure that your best content is only a click away.”

Kramer Levin’s CMO Jennifer Manton said, “As a result of implementing this solution, we have calculated that we spend 30% less time creating and managing content. We simply make sure that the content stored in the website CMS is up to date.” Qorus, she says, ensures that related content is automatically updated. Pitch output has increased by 25%, says Manton.

“We can see that the firms that will thrive in the future are those that understand and embrace the productivity benefits of digital transformation,” said Ray Meiring. “They will be able to generate tailored pitches faster, report on effectiveness of their BD content and ultimately secure more business.”
