Jammu, October 17 (Scoop News) –The District Committee of JKNPP has been reconstituted by the State President Balwant Singh Mankotia, MLA in consultation with the Chairman of the party and recommendation of Provincial Secretary Balwan Singh.
Pawan Singh, Adv. has been appointed as the Working President of the District Reasi. A meeting of the District Council was held in Reasi last evening which was addressed by Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman-NPP as the Chief Guest on the occasion.

Prof. Bhim Singh also visited Talwara Migrants Camp and appealed the Migrants to withdraw their two month old dharna seeking implementation of the Supreme Court judgement to provide them relief in cash and kind according to the judgment of the Supreme Court. He also declared that Jammu Migrants shall fast unto death in front of Parliament w.e.f. 15
th December, 2011 seeking implementation of Supreme Court judgement for the payment of arrears of Rs.21crores as supply of relief. The Jammu migrants in Talwara and other places have not been provided relief for several months also.
The Panthers Party team led by the Chairman comprising Syed Mohd. Rafiq Shah, MLC and State President Young Panthers, Ms. Anita Thakur, State General Secretary, Pushvinder Singh Manhas, Sr. State Vice-President Young Panthers also held meetings at Sunderbani, Nowshera and Rajouri.
The Chairman in his message to the people of Jammu and Kashmir has appealed to celebrate 64
th Accession Anniversary of the State with the great enthusiasm, pomp and show so that the people of the world shall hear voice of people of J&K as they are integral, irrevocable and lasting part of the Union of India.
In Poonch, the Chairman has appointed Sonu Thakur as the President of Punergathan Implementation Committee (PGIC) of District Poonch. The PGIC shall also actively participate in the 64th anniversary celebrations both in Poonch and Rajouri.
