Red wine reduces the risk of lung cancer.

Smokers who drink 1-2 glasses of red wine a day running 60% lower risk to die in lung cancer than smokers who don´t drink red wine daily.

The explanation is,according to researchers, the antioxidants in high concentrations found in the red wine.

White wine, beer or spiits showed no such protective effect.

But the best way to avoid lung cancer,is of course to not smoke at all.

Even for the smokers who drink red wine, the risk is higher than for those who don´t drink at all.

The researchers argued in particular the substance resveratol,a substance used in Asian medicines.

The content of resveratol is high in red wine beacuse it comes from the skins of the grapes.

It has previously shown significant health effects in laboratory experiments.

The substance is also found in blueberries, peanuts, canberries, lingonberies and rhubarb.

It is also in trials with mice made a significant impact of various aging diseases.
