Jammu, December 16, (Scoop News)-The Golden Jubilee Celebration of Regional Red Cross Society, Jammu was witnessed by a spectacular performance of Young Singers of J&K titled as singing star Competition organized by 92.7 BIG F.M.
The Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Mr Shantmanu, IGP Jammu Zone Rajesh Kumar, and Mr Anil K. Padha, Hony. Secretary, Regional Red Cross Society, Jammu graced the occasion and out of the 10 finalists selected by the Jury of Four renowned artists of J&K State viz. Sham Sajan, Suraj Singh, Jatinder Kour & Prithvi Raj Sharma. The Event was coordinated by Programming Head 92.7 BIG FM Vikrant Sharma.
Out of more than 100 contestants, Mr Subodh Kumar was declared the winner; Anjusha Sharma 1st Runner up & Mrinal Gupta stood 2nd Runner Up.
The other cultural attraction of the Golden Jubilee Celebration was Sangeet-e-Duggar graced by Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Mr Sham Lal Sharma,
Mr Sharma lauded the efforts of Regional Red Cross Society, Jammu for their Mega Event on its Golden Jubilee. The programme was sponsored by Directorate of Tourism J&K State. The buddings kids between the age 1 to 5 years were also presented a plate form as Red Cross Baby Show organized by NGO Support which was graced by Mrs. Rani Billowaria, MLC as Chief Guest besides Mrs. Arunima Sinha, Secretary IAS Wives Welfare Association as guest of honour. The stage was conducted by Sh. Ravi Kant Sharma and Mrs. Navneet Kour whereas Welcome Rangoli was created by the students of Shangrilla Hr. Sec. School, Sarwal, Jammu under the guidance of Ms. Sureshta Khajuria. The main sponsorer of the Mela was J&K Bank besides Co-sponsorship by 92.7 BIG F.M. and Punjab National Bank.
