Repair work on Kohat Pindi road near Paracha Town has been started, and one side of the road has been closed for traffic now, proper barrier carrying closure message in polite manner has been witnessed on the said road. Heavy traffic on Kohat Pindi road has been witnessed during past six months, few school children were also hit by speedy vehicles. The most dangerous phenomena can be witnessed on Friday on the said road when young teenagers do wheeling on their motorcycles few of them were killed too during past three years. Public circles in Kohat are demanding fence on both sides of the road and overhead bridges for safe crossing of the road by pedestrians, women wearing veils, children, old people and animals can fall prey to speedy running vehicles on Kohat Pindi road where it is passing through populous areas near Kohat city, thus fence like motorway on both sides of the road can save many lives.
