Jammu and Kashmir: Thanks to hon’ble Chairman legislative council (LC), Mr Amrit Malhotra for making atmosphere to get passed unanimously a resolution. The resolution was moved by none other than political tycoon and MLC, Mr. Devender Singh Rana condemning unruly behaviour of BJP legislator and state president from Nagrota assembly constituency, Mr. Jugal Kishore Sharma, towards a lady minister.

From the day one after the budget session commenced, dust of vote bank politics, for passing a unanimous resolution demanding remains of Afzal Guru, Parliament attack convict, remained main focus of all Kashmiri political parties. Ultimately, understanding psychology of political backwardness among legislators, media tycoon, turned business tycoon turned political tycoon Mr Devender Singh Rana took the lead and moved a resolution, which was passed unanimously. “Uncertainty is over, level of distress have been bridged. Most probably all political parties and members would join the house from Monday” well informed sources said.
Legislators should not get carried out with ego and emotions; they should always give preference to the issues pertaining to common masses who vote them to make them to look after their socio-economic and political affairs, senior politician said adding that ‘during our time we never fought on unrealistic issues, if we bargain inside we will behave like friends outside’. Legislatures in their lectures among public rallies’ advocate tolerance and peace but resort to violation themselves in side prestigious houses, he added.
