Jammu, October 22 (Scoop News) – Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation Raman Bhalla tdoay said that Rs 4.77 are being spend to construct two Primary Health Centre buildings one each at Lower Gaddigarh and another at Bhour Camp to meet the health services requirements of these areas adding that the upcoming health institutions would have all latest facilities at par with Gandhi Nagar hospital.
The Minister was interacting with the local people after inspecting the pace of the work on the projects, here today.
Bhalla said the Government has also approved Rs. 1.53 crore for construction of cremation ground with facilities of waiting shed, approach road, tootian, bath ghat and Rs. 1.40 crore for Revenue Complex at
Bhalla assured the people that all their genuine demands and development needs would be fulfilled in a phased manner adding that there is no constraint of funds in providing adequate basic amenities to the people of all the three regions of the state. He said the Government was determined to provide better basic amenities to the people of the State adding for this purpose the Government has introduced several modern line projects across the State to meet the basic requirements of the people.
Responding to the locals demand, the Minister asked the R&B engineers to prepare an estimate for construction of additional accommodation and compound wall at the local school and submit the same for funding so that the construction works could be started .

The Minister said the Government was committed to provide all basic amenities to the people at their doorsteps. He asked the inhabitants to protect public properties in their respective areas adding that Government has spent crores of rupees for developing every corner of the state on modern lines by creating durable assets.
At Gangyal, Bhalla inspected ongoing works of mecademisation of internal links for which Government has earmarked Rs. 40 lakh. He asked the executing agency to complete the project within prescribed time frame by using quality material.
Bhalla asked the officers accompanying him to reach out the people and resolve their problems without any delay. He said fulfilling of people’s aspirations and developmental needs is the top agenda of the Government
The Minister stressed upon the executing agency to redouble their efforts and accelerate pace on all ongoing works in their respective jurisdictions. He directed them to ensure use of quality material in execution of the works, adding that the objective of the Government is to build concrete basic infrastructure across the State for providing better facilities to the people.
To improve the drinking water facilities in Gangyal Garden, Bhalla said Government has earmarked Rs. 7 lakh for this purpose and instructions were issued to the concerned authorities to lay the water supply pipes in 650 meter identified area of the locality.
