Ryan Widmer is being charged with drowning his wife, Sarah Widmer in Lebanon, Ohio.
On Monday evening, Ryan Widmer called 911 to tell them that he had found his wife dead in their bathtub, claiming that Sarah often fell asleep in the tub.
Originally the coroner ruled that Sarah drowned, but yesterday officials came out to say that Sarah Widmer’s body had been injured in a way inconsistent to accidental drowning.
Ryan Widmer is being held in county jail.
