WORKING LADIES SAY BYE-BYE TO STRESS AND TENSION
It is very difficult for working women to manage their both duties, home and office/work
properly. They often suffer from anxiety, tension and depression. But this problem is not
very serious and can be managed by adopting certain norms which suppress
tension. Here they are:
* Make a list of your daily works in the early morning. Do the important works first and
don’t get tense about the remaining ones.
* Do the difficult and most important work first followed by others.
* Fix a time to start and finish every work. Fix deadlines but don’t worry if deadlines are
not met.
* Adopt same procedure for office as well as home.
* Go for daily walk and try to walk barefoot on lush green grass/lawns.
* Do yoga and aerobics.
* Relax by lying down on bed whenever free by keeping your body’s every muscle loose
and relaxed.
* Listen to music of your choice and read your favourite magazines and sing your
favourite couplets very slowly.
* Don’t cross the limits. Don’t work beyond your capacity. Stop when you feel
exhausted.
* Develop a habbit of doing nothing at least once a month.
* During holidays spend most of your time with family and talking. This eases and
relaxes.
* Go to picnic at least once a month. You will feel refreshed.
* Love yourself. Think positive and good. Pay attention to your dress. Your
dress/clothes
tell a lot about you.
* Be positive. Negativity leads to depression.
* Stay calm even during tense periods and remain hopeful.
