CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA – Five kids and three adults were killed instantly while six other people were wounded when Bernabe Fiesta, 29, gunfire 4 houses in a village in Hornalan past midnight yesterday. The victims were shot dead while asleep.
The massacre was the second in Laguna in 3 days. It was remembered that last May 16, robbers killed 8 employees, a client and security guard of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation in Cabuyao. The victims were identified as Gerry Salad Pili(49), his wife, Gloria(39), as well as their daughters Mary Jane(12) Sarah(9) and Julian(4). Wounded were other members of their family, Cherry May (17) and Erika (8).Killed in another separate house were Dennis Tumambak Balisong (29), and his twin daughters, Gladys and Gladyn (7). Dennis’ son, Denmark (5), and his wife, Marina, 31, were wounded
After shooting the two houses, Fiesta fired his gun on the house of Vicente Cabrera Redondo (42) who was injured together with his wife, Aurelio de Chavez Abanilla (52).
Laguna police is now hunting Fiesta.
