Proddatur (GR-TYP-BIN): Seven hours of planned rigorous study and father’s motivation paid off for the success of Ms. Nekkanti Yamini who secured 98.5 percentage of marks in Common Admission Test for MBA (Master of Business Administration) held across the country in November, 2014 for admission into IBA.
Ms. Yamini, being the topper of CAT, has been offered the course of MBA by seven prestigious national Institutes of Indian Management:
IIM – Tiruchirappalli – Tamilnadu
IIM – Kozhikode – Kerala
IIM – Udaipur – Rajasthan
IIM – Indore – Madhya Pradesh
IIM – Raipur – Chhattisgarh
IIM – Ranchi – Jharkhand
IIM – Kashipur – West Bengal
Throughout her academic education starting from primary to higher engineering education, Nekkanti Yamini secured more than 90 percentage of marks and came out with flying colors both in state and national level competitive examinations.
At present, she is working as a Leader Engineer at TATA Power Company in Mumbai. She is the daughter of Dr. N Kumara Swamy, Principal of Vaagdevi Institute of Technology and Science (VITS), Proddatur.
‘Seven hours of planned rigorous study, family’s support, guidance of teachers, my father’s motivation have been crucial for my success. Above all my father’s motivation has played a vital role in my success and it keeps playing’, said Nekkanti Yamini.
This genius daughter of Dr. N Kumara Swamy, hopes to become a CEO of Multinational Company and her father wants her to serve the poor in her best capacity.
