Headline in a major British newspaper in the UK.
Mike Harris, a political commentator, stressed the need for the establishment of “an international fact-finding commission to bring the backers of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) terrorist group to justice.”
“I absolutely agree with whatever it takes to bring those (backers of the ISIL) who provide material support to justice,” Mike Harris said in an exclusive interview with Fars News Agency of Iran.
He believes that the US has had “a central role in the formation and funding of the ISIL.” This is caused by competing factions within the US government and its approach to foreign policy.
“The ISIL is another CIA creation that is spreading terrorism around the world for the purpose of continuing the “War on Terror” because this is a major driver in stripping the American people of their civil liberties, while imposing a police state upon the USA, and it is highly profitable for certain businesses and elements within the USA,” he added.
Unfortunately Harris is entirely correct!
One of the primary funders of ISIL/ISIS it turns out is the Obama Administration.

Already some in Congress have raised questions as to whether the Obama administration has ever armed ISIS with lethal weapons?

Not to be outdone in any of this is members of Congress who have agreed to support the president in his insane foreign policy by providing $500 million dollars in aid to the Syrian rebels to fight ISIL? This is what got us into trouble in the first place.
Congress however rarely does its homework and blindly follows the president in whatever he suggests most of the time. Most recently by supporting him in providing additional taxpayer support for Syrian rebels many of whom are hardly moderates. The presidents proposal includes over $500 million in direct aid to rebels, many of whom are affiliated with al-Qaeda?
Some Syrian rebels the US is arming with weapons are “cooperating with ISIS” terrorists and killing Christians and other horrible acts, says Congressman Jolly – who questioned the decision to arms these groups.
“We know Syrian rebels–we know this–some will cooperate with ISIS and, in fact, contribute to the additional killings of Syrian Christians and religious minorities”, Jolly said.

Also guilty of supporting ISIL and other terrorists in Syria, Iraq and other parts of the world are Saudi Arabia – a key ally of the United States.
