“Puravankara Projects” one of the leading real estate developer of India has planned to foray into the affordable housing projects and for this it has decided to invest around 8000 crore Indian Rupees in its affordable housing projects.
Initially this affordable housing projects will starts from Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, and Mysore. The company plans to built around sixty four thousand and five hundreds affordable homes. These project will be undertaken over a period of five years.
Later on the company plans will undertake similar projects in developing cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Kochi, Jaipur, Pune and Nagpur.
These affordable housing projects are going to benefits thousands of middle-class families and first time home buyers. This will make housing affordable to many families.
These projects will be implemented through the wholly owned subsidiary of the company, Provident Housing and Infrastructure Limited.
The prices of Provident affordable homes are :
- Rs 10 lakh for one bedroom flat.
- Rs 15 lakh for two bedrooms flat.
- Rs 20 lakh for three bedrooms flat.
