Soldiers accused of coup d’etat walks out of courtroom, announced a press conference

The Filipino soldiers accused of coup d’etat walks out of courtroom and immediately announced a press conference in a hotel somewhere in Makati City Philippines about an hour ago. The concerned military officers and men who are charged of mutiny called on President Gloria Arroyo and all her cabinet to resign now. The tension now going on in Makati City is quite high because the soldiers are fully armed and any moment from now the government and its loyal soldiers will attack the rebel soldiers. The Philippine National Police Chief earlier ordered his men to re-arrests the rebel soldiers but it seems they will be facing resistance and the civil society is now going to Makati to support the rebel soldiers. So, we will wait for any development as the situation goes on.
