Within days of the stars of the Congress (Shinde/Kurshid) using their intelligence label BJP a respectable opposition ‘saffron terrorists ‘; but its clueless intelligence was totally unaware that at the same time IM and Jihardis were plotting massive attacks in Hyderabad and elsewhere in India. The Indian security apparatus failed here as it did during the 26/11 Bombay attack. Political interference in security issues explains the major security failures in India. The Hyderabad attack was the consequence of callous and politically biased ‘thinking within the Congress to go after the ‘imagined’ terrorists (BJP) leaving real terrorist to attack causing loss of lives and injuries in Hyderabad. Sonia Congress has a record of political interference and for mis-directing scarce security resources to result in major security failures. To please Sonia the security bureaucracy directed resources to avenge the killing of Rajiv that dragged Delhi into a long (1992-2009) civil war in Sri Lanka (SL). The sectarians in Delhi actively supported SL in the Sonia’s ‘SL project’, introducing novel strategies (no fire zones, herding to concentrate fighters and civilians into a vulnerable area for attack) to cause massacres on a scale turning a civil war into a cruel genocide almost wiping out a community (Tamils) that shared common dharmic/compassionate values of the great Indian tradition. Why did this happen; a power hungry Sonia invented a queer form of dharma (the glorified secularism) that abandoned the core values in Mahatma’s dharma to accommodate the aspirations of its huge Islamic vote bank and the anti-Tamil sectarians. Hence the human rights/genocide crimes that Sonia’s SL proxy committed were under the direction of the Sonia core Congress agents.

The close association of the Sonia core Congress personalities (Pranab Mukerjee, Chidambaram) and the South Block sectarians (MK Narayanan, Shankar Menon) with the Rajapakse murderers as partners in the genocide were unconcerned about human lives and values that the rest of the world cherishes. Sonia though she holds no public office except, Head of Congress was able to involve key state agencies in the ‘SL project’ to avenge her husband’s killing attributed to the Tamils.

India paid a heavy price for this collaboration with SL. NSA Narayanan a Sonia loyalist unofficially diverted security resources away from their assigned roles in India, aerial intelligence surveillance work in the Bombay area, to provide battle front intelligence (logistics on enemy positions) for the SL forces in north SL to produce the indiscriminate massacres. Gothabhaya also picked up bits of the critical intelligence (the absence of air cover in the Bombay area) for the IM/Jihardists from Pakistan to carry out that devastating attack in the heart of Bombay shattering India’s regional power reputation. This was the blunder of Sonia and her loyalist Narayanan who surprisingly was rewarded with the prestigious Governorship of Bengal.  NSA Narayanan and Shiv Shankar Menon put in utmost efforts into Sonia’s ‘SL project’ to produce the shocking scale of massacres/killings to finish off the Tamils/Tamil resistance.  

Besides the Bombay debacle, the logistic intelligence from Narayanan’s battle front aerial intelligence pin pointed the concentration of resistance fighters, its  leaders and civilians (such critical intelligence was regularly exchanged in the secrecy of pow wows Narayanan had with his SL Gothabhaya counterpart) to achieve the objective of the Sonia ‘SL project’, namely to eliminate the Tamils along with its resistance fighters whatever the costs be; the killing of Tamil civilians amongst the fighters was acceptable  under Sonia’s and Rajapakse’s thinking to achieve the demographic components in Sonia’s revenge and Rajapakses’ genocide objectives.  Narayanan’s timing of the final assault (15 and 19 May 2009) was brilliant. Aerial confirmation of the  herding to concentrate into the narrowest strip of Narayanan’s ‘no fire zone’ of both the fighters and civilians in sufficient numbers before SL  was guided to launch the final assault using maximum fire power to cause the massive massacres.

These facts are in the public domain.  Colombo also realized its strength following the destruction of the Tamil resistance fighters.  Delhi and the Sonia’s SL project no longer mattered for SL. The noises that Delhi made to placate the TN Tamils, SL viewed as obstructing the SL genocide from proceeding further and erasing traces of Tamil homelands in SL forever. Hence SL pressured Delhi to observe ‘stilled silence’ on the massacre casualty numbers and details of the Narayanan/Gothbhaya pow wows. Rajapakse mis-judging that Delhi/TN was sensitive over its role in the massacres required Delhi to limit media coverage of the tragic events.  

In Delhi, the lone core Sonia Congress voice on Balachandran was that of the hard the hearted Kurshid who echoed the spokesperson of the guilty SL regime. To them, the Balachandran photographs were doctored ignoring its humanity totally. Kurshid was required to follow Sonia’s/SL’s dictat; observe ‘stilled silence’ and not push SL into the China lap. The ingenious sectarians, and core Congressmen invented a queer phenomenon ‘geopolitics’ to explain why the Congress regime observes ‘stilled silence’  and avoid comments on issues related to Sonia’s SL project. The release of Channel 4’s Balachandran pictures broke through the entire unofficial news/comments embargo that SL enforced on India and Indians under secrecy provisions that Delhi and Colombo agreed to under Sonia’s direction.

The outpourings of grief over Balachandran are unlikely to reach the Delhi road rape rage levels. The Balachandran torment occurred in 2009 and Sonia Congress and its subservient media presented it until recently as a sort of non news. However the news of the frightful road side bombs deaths, injuries, terrorizing innocents civilians in Hyderabad under the Sonia Congress’ media regime is required to follow set down routines, reduce that tragedy to a non-news, eventually placate the rock solid Muslim vote bank, undertaking a wild goose chase not for the real terrorists, allow time for the Indian voter to forget the debacle. This is the customary protective umbrella/leeway that the Sonia Congress extends to its terrorists vote bank supporters as the way out of the law and order issues. Shinde’s quoting the escape of culprits in the Bofors case expects that with delays the Indian voters will forget any crime and mollify the public rage over the failures of the Sonia Congress.  

Shinde’s ‘terrorist’ BJP pronouncement has the potential to replicate the Rajapakse style oppression on the opposition within India using harsh state anti-terrorism measures on the Indians themselves. They were thus far untouched. The oppressive record of the core Sonia Congress is now in the public domain. Its modus operandi is to create imaginary terrorists, (‘saffron terrorists’, separatists) or any other to unleash state terrorism on any resistance regardless of their cause. State oppression of the SL variety that Sonia Congress chose not to condemn, use of weapons to murder/massacre of innocents and the human rights violation coupled with deceitful  measures to prevent leaks of information on these categories of state terrorism that are themselves ‘human rights/war crimes. In SL’s case the core Sonia Congress avoided any condemnation of the human rights/genocide crimes of the Rajapakses. The compulsions for the Sonia core group were the South Block’s deep involvement/collusion in the SL genocide including directing the war, involvement in the massive war crimes that the SL criminals committed. (Massacres of tens of thousands of civilians, murder of children like Balachandran, of surrendees, bombing of hospitals, destroying livelihood/homes, massive evictions to reduce the total Tamil population by half or more in SL).

Indians are certain to vent anger at Shindes/Kurshids if they attempted to replicate these chilling atrocities on the Indians themselves calling them ‘saffronite terrorists’ or TN Tamils separatists. As the news blockade of the horrible inhuman crimes of Colombo/Delhi began to leak, growing numbers of Indians (not just TN Tamils) expressed disgust with the policies of the Sonia Congress, hence its waning popularity. Sonia Congress dreads to replicate the Rajapkse type oppression against its opposition (BJP) in India though in a statement of intent after the recent Jaipur sessions  Shinde came out with his iconic ‘saffron terrorist’ statement apparently enticed by the Rajapakses gains  in its fight against the Tamil insurgents. The Tamil insurgency emerged after three decades of failed political agitation against state oppression. The failure of the political route and growing aggressive SL state oppression led the Tamils to resort to armed resistance. Attaching the ‘terrorist’ label to such a resistance and unfortunately when it sticks, it  is a great advantage to the oppressors (Rajapakses) fighting the opposition/resistance?

The growing popularity of the BJP has un-nerved the ‘core Congress’ into adopting parts of the ’Mahinda Chintanai’ for the advantages that accrued to Sri Lanka when used against the Tamil insurgents. The principal anti-Tamil advocates in India are the sectarians in the South Block ever loyal to Sonia and also friends of the Rajapakses relishing Rajapakses’lavish courtesies. Historically the Sinhalese disliked the Tamils for the Chola/ Pandya conquest and occupation of most of SL for centuries. The Sinhalese still carry an anti-Tamil mindset that SL Tamils are the enemies of the Sinhalese; their presence in SL are reminders of those conquests, the only historical correction of it that SL awaits for is to erase  that black chapter by driving out all Tamils from SL soil. The destination for SL evicted Tamils in popular Sinhalese folklore is TN the land of the Tamils. With the Rajapakses cozying with China and the militarization of the SL Tamil homelands in the North overseen by China, Delhi has compromised on accepting the China threat around the whole of India including the South, TN and other states.  The South Block sectarians who carry deep anti-Tamils prejudice yearn for such a scenario; a strong China presence in close proximity to counter the Dravidian monopoly of power in TN. The Tamils are the common enemy of both the Sinhalese and the TN sectarians. This means eventually Delhi extending Sonia Congress SL project to TN as well; the most pleasing development for the TN sectarians.

The greatest damage leaving aside the humanitarian considerations involved in the Sonia’s SL project is the creation of divisiveness within the Indian Union. This  is unacceptable India wide. TN-Delhi animosity was building up and reached a peak’ when TN CM condemned the SL crimes as demographic genocide; kill off or harass the Tamils to flee as refugees to TN. Delhi wants to avoids this exodus of refugees to TN. Hence PM  Singh canvasses for the 13^th Amendment (Rajapakse after hinting of ‘home grown solutions’ during the height of the civil war), a few days back has categorically repudiated the Indo-SL Agreement of 1987 and with it the 13^th Amendment. Though this was a major diplomatic slap, Delhi preferred to react softly; only voting for the US sponsored resolution at the UNHRC sessions in March 2013. TN CM proposes harsher measures; Rajapakses to face ICC for crimes on Tamils, economic blockade, expulsion from the Commonwealth etc. But the view of the noted or notorious yet influential ex-IPKF Hariharan and a diehard South Block sectarian is toeing the SL Sonia news embargo on the SL project line. Hence the following comments of this author on Hariharan’s latest piece in SAAG (“Rajiv had three brushes with death over the 13^th Amendment; first a naval rating at an official parade nearly smashed Rajiv’s head with his rifle butt but escaped death; second Rajiv’s IPKF rape victim blew up a bomb that killed Rajiv, and finally Rajapakse repudiated the 13^th Amendment , killing off Rajiv’s key legacy” never appeared in that blog). . Hariharan does not, but all Tamil leaders in TN named SL crimes ‘genocide’. PM Singh has yet to use that word. The Sonia Congress SL project embargo or stilled silence commitment is working. Sonia Congress has written off TN and its leaders preferring the Rajapakses’ friendship instead. How viable is the Indian Union when the views expressed on issues close to the heart of parties/states in India are poles apart more so should TN suspect that Delhi’s friendship with SL brings the China threat close to TN with the arming of SL in the North in such proximity. Is this a Sonia Congress plot to insure against TN separatism. Reputed analysts have discussed this imaginary threat dimension of Sonia  that TN should not overlook, namely ‘TN being driven the Eelam way’.
