I am in sorrow
I am in joy
With no difference between sorrow and joy
As with my heart both of them comply.
The tune of sorrow in my happiness
The song of joy amidst my distress
Let me expedite and my spirit feel delight.
I discover the touch of joy in grief,
I find the smell of sorrow in bliss,
To which one you will name ‘sorrow’ or ‘joy’?
For the presence of sorrow, you desire to be jubilant
Joy comes by the triumph of regret.
Hence man is great
For the noble trait.
From joy what may you expect
Without touch of lament?
Without pain
Who can expect gain?
I never receive only sorrow or only joy
What I receive makes my thought diversify.
The presence of both sorrow and joy
Let my heart enjoy.
I can’t divide sorrow and joy,
Both of them let my colorful dream fly.
Am I happy?
Am I in grief?
I have my treasure of heart
Where sorrow and joy can’t confront
But they make my feelings be quite.
