SOUTH BLOCK (LIAM FOX LIKE) SCRIBES’ TO SAVE SONIA/RAJAPAKSE FROM UNHRC GENOCIDE CRIMES.

The Liam Fox Sonia loyalists of the South Block are at what they are best at– the genocide of Tamils. The South Block bureaucrats and scribes have a long record for lavishly obliging the Rajapakses for the generous succor of the Rajapakses under contracts that attracts many of  Sonia’s  South Block agents. In the discharge of their contract obligations the South Block bureaucrats cause policy log jams irreparably damaging India.  Narendra Modi aptly points to the Congress/South Block tradition of causing much damage ‘sacrifici (ng) the nation’s interests’ in the pursuit of Sonia family’s idiosyncrasies. ‘The Congress tradition …is destroying this country like termites…you finish them in one place and they rise in another. BJP is for a mission, Congress is for commission.’ These are colorfully phrased Modi truths that readers are advised to imprint in their hearts.

The ominous observation of this great Indian widely expected to become the next the next Prime Minister of India highlights the rampant corruption and widespread mis governance destroying India since the Bofor loot. There are loots aplenty under Sonia’s Congress depriving the public (the aam aadmi) of what is legitimately theirs. To protect the Congress regime from being held accountable for these crimes Sonia with impunity nourished a culture that allowed the misuse of government agencies (RAW, CBI) to keep the regime in power – This is a serious scam by itself; the South Block used deceptive and ingeniously contrived arguments to explain away the mis governance; another form of scam ‘lying’.  The stranglehold of the Sonia South Block extends beyond the misdemeanors of the South Block mandarins domestically. Delhi’s MEA South Blocker’s policies are tarnishing the glory of India’s international leadership in the comity of nations it enjoyed during the golden NAM/Bandung years .

Today, pitifully the Sonia South Block bureaucracy is only able befriend notorious tyrants (like the Rajapakses,  Idi Amin avatars) and are active in rendering UNHRC resolutions toothless nurturing a culture of blatant human rights and genocide crimes. The despicable role of the South Block mandarins managed two (2) shamefully ineffective   UNHRC resolutions heavily diluted in favour of criminals to prevent the mandated UNHRC human rights watchdog from functioning effectively. Encouraged by past success the South Block continues to stall the international mechanisms in place to control human rights (SL) crimes exposing the victims to the injustice of more cruel genocides. The instant response to the Rajapakses/Sonia South Blockers’ call to frustrate the international community’s efforts to deliver justice to the victims of human rights crimes is shameful. This is easy for the Rajapakses when ‘For one shady Liam Fox that Rajapakse contracts there are dozens or more of the Liam Fox likes amongst the greedy South Block crowd rushing to join the murderous Rajapakses. No sooner the UNHRC sessions in March began to debate the US UNHRC resolution to censure the Rajapakse regime for human rights crimes Sonia/Rajapakse combine had a team of South Block apologists including IPKF veteran G Parthasarathy, the footloose Subramania Swamy and Hariharan to argue (officially and unofficially) to absolve the Rajapakses from their heinous crimes specifically to hijack efforts of the international community to deliver justice to the victims.. (please see ‘Sri Lanka (SL) war crime resolution – Time for India to take a stand.’) a NTDV seminar of March 7. G Parthasarathy was supported by another failed ex-IPKF veteran, Col Anil Kaul. These IPKF stalwarts using their

 past positions in the IPKF in Sri Lanka in the 1990s but irrelevant today to hijack the thrust of the debate away from the US resolution’s main theme, the Rajapakse crimes in 2009. Contradicting massive evidence to the contrary G Parthasarathy wastes  the viewers TV viewing time by bringing his experience with LTTE/Prabhaharan’s ‘human shield’ casualties during the 1990 IPKF years to blame the 40 000 massacred by the Rajapakses in a few days in 2009. There is much controversy over the authenticity of the claims of these Rajapakse scribes!. In the deliberations on the US UNHRC resolution in the Lok Sabha in March Khurshid was most evasive on whether India will call for an independent inquiry into the massacre of innocent Tamils in Mullivaykkal. He struggled hard before vaguely promising to the TN politicians, to take ‘on board’ the TN politicians concerns, ignoring the deep feelings of pain the Tamils world over have for the tragedy. He epitomizes the nationwide divisions that the Sonia’s South Block is nurturing by the Sonia Congress that could eventually destroy India as a cohesive entity. (Modi’s concern). Khurshid harped more on keeping the friendship with the murderers, the Rajapakses, India’s close (?) and friendly (?) neighbour. Khurshid went back decades to 1990s to trace the origin of India’s policy on not supporting country specific resolutions to backstab the Tamils. Strikingly there are inaccuracies in the narratives of Khurshid compared to the learned Bhardrakumar’s narrative. The conflicting explanations expose how dubious and self serving is the logic of the non country specific resolutions, its origin and rationale.  

According to Khurshid he ‘and the former PM Atal Bihari Vjpayee famously represented India at the UNHRC’ when ‘stirring speeches by both Khurshid and Vajpayee’ (a farfetched claim of Khurshid then an unknown to be associated with the distinguished BJP Vajpayee) to fight a resolution accusing India of human rights crimes in Kashmir. According to Bhadrakumar an eminent analysts and former ambassador to Iran narrates in detail how an ill Dinesh Singh (Foreign Minister of India) made a perilous journey to meet the Iranian foreign minister.

After contacts with President Rafsanjani, the Iranian speaker Natec-Nouri,Singh extracted a promise from Rafsanjani that Iran will do all it can to ensure that no harm comes to India. How is it that Bhadrakumar does not mention ‘the ‘stirring’ speeches’ of Khurshid and Vajpayee? in his narrative. There are serious doubts on the origin of the recently fashionable policy ‘no country specific resolution’ of the Delhi South Block mandarins daringly using it to vote anti-Tamil for US sponsored UNHRC Resolutions only after it was watered down in line with the Sonia South Blocker’s  interest not to offend the Rajapakses and avoid them implicating the South Blockers.

Isn’t this the product of the Sonia South Block lying scam culture to escape the clutches of the law? domestic or international? The key South Block mandarins still fear being exposed by their friends for the ‘in the loop’ role in the massacres.  Beginning in 2009 commentators worldwide began to argue that targeting country specific issues for the UNHRC to become increasingly relevant and win ‘new found credibility as a human rights watchdog’. ‘…thanks to …Obama administration’s dogged diplomacy the UNHRC began gaining ‘new found credibility as a human rights watchdog.’ The South Block blatantly continues to push for a ‘no country specific resolution to its political master and be-spoiling the image of India as a country that least respects human values and human lives.  Aren’t these apologists any less wicked compared to Liam Fox or a Subramania Swamy?

Depending on the anti-Tamil prejudiced South Block mandarins Khurshid shamelessly became associated with a resolution that in effect condoned the  massacre of 40 000 Tamil civilians or more who are kins to the Tamils in TN.

On the 40 000 plus civilians massacred at Mullivaykal in 2009 the failed IPKF South Blocker G Parthsarathy to ingeniously blaming that the LTTE caused the human shield casualties despite the hard overwhelming evidence that is now in the public domain. G Parthasarathy’s deductive evidence is his experience of the LTTE during the IPKF years. The battle casualties in the IPKF days the early nineties were minimal compared to the Mullivaykkal massacre casualties. G Parthsarathy wakes up suddenly after the epical Kumbakarna slumber. A loyal contract apologist of the Rajapakses has to act according to his master’s voice.

 Likewise another iconic contracted South Block fiction writer is B Raman who angrily disputed that the Mullivaykkal massacre casualties according to his “tom tom” source were negligible (Please see Outlook India of late May 2009). The narratives//numbers that the Rajapakse contracted scribes peddled caused them shame and quietened their anti-Tamil stance… Hariharan has changed for the better though he still pushes for the 13^th Amendment, though after Mullivaykkal the Tamils view the 13^th Amendment is totally inadequate to prevent more Mullivaykkal massacres…

After the Rajapakse//Sonia South Block Mullivaykkal massacres the Tamils only look to Eelam/TN  to guarantee their lives unless the UNHRC is able to function as an effective alternative assuring the safety for their lives from more Rajapakse massacres.
