Police arrested Stanley Kobierowski for drunk driving with a blood alcohol content of .491 early Tuesday morning. At six times the legal limit, this is the highest level ever recorded on someone still alive in the state of Rhode Island. Authorities believe it the highest level ever on someone who hasn’t died but that is yet to be confirmed.
Stanley Kobierowski was pulled over after he crashed his car into a highway message board in Providence, RI. When police asked him for his driver’s license, he gave them a credit card.
It is unclear exactly how many drinks Stanely Kobierowski had on Monday night, but he was near death… and that was before he decided to get behind the wheel of a car!
