Stretegy To Change Bad Habits

 

Change bad habits need discipline and strong intention. Also needs strategy and plan which is different for each people

There are several ways that is maybe useful to make your life healthier:


1.    Make unhealthy habits list
For example, eat too fast, too much eat snack than food, prefer sit and eat snack while watching television to jogging, etc


2.    Choose and focus on one changes
Try to changes more than one bad habit can make you tired. Focus on one change will increase the possibility to make your plan succeed.

3.    Consider the way to develop healthy habit
Find out what is the cause of eat snack habit? Is there any relation with the stress level?

4.    Think realistic way to make your live healthier

Lock the refrigerator’s door is not a good way to avoid eating snack habit. Choose realistic way such as bring lunch box contain lot of vegetables and fruits and also make a plan to do exercise.

5.    Create a date to reach your goal
Create realistic date so you can reach it with so comfortable and not hurried. You may need several days, several weeks, or several months to changes yourself.

6.    Evaluate your success
When you can’t reach your purpose, what do you get from the change of that life style? Is there any alternative strategy so that purpose can be reached?

7.    Make this new habits permanent
Don’t let your work make you pass your lunch time. It will make your eating snack habit return.

8.    After success one change, restart for another bad habits
Unhealthy habits can be changed by the same ways.
