Change bad habits need discipline and strong intention. Also needs strategy and plan which is different for each people
There are several ways that is maybe useful to make your life healthier:
1. Make unhealthy habits list
For example, eat too fast, too much eat snack than food, prefer sit and eat snack while watching television to jogging, etc
2. Choose and focus on one changes
3. Consider the way to develop healthy habit
4. Think realistic way to make your live healthier
Lock the refrigerator’s door is not a good way to avoid eating snack habit. Choose realistic way such as bring lunch box contain lot of vegetables and fruits and also make a plan to do exercise.

7. Make this new habits permanent
8. After success one change, restart for another bad habits
