Jammu,August, 04 (Scoop News) – BJP Mahila Morcha (BJP Women Front) activists today led by State President Sakina Bano, called on Divisional Commissioner Dr. Pawan Kotwal to register their protest against delay in action against the police officers responsible for killings of two young innocent Hindu girls in Gulabgarh area of Kishtwar district.
The Mahila Morcha said that it is indeed a matter of shame that even after passing of over one month no legal action has been initiated against the SHO and other policemen of Gulabgarh for committing such a heinous crime. They said that both these girls were minors and belonged to the poor families. They were kidnapped, illegally detained, tortured, given inhumane treatment and later killed by the police in Police Station.

The members of the deputation warned of state wide protests and agitation if the culprit SHO and other men in khakhi were not arrested under Section 376 and 302 immediately. They also appealed the authorities of Human rights Commission, Women Commission and Scheduled Caste Commission to take cognizance of this crime and direct the State government to take action under law.
Kamla Gupta, Neena Gupta, Priya Sethi, Vijay Raina, Rajni Sethi, Sureshta Jamwal, Anju Bala, Vaishno Devi, Ruby Chouhan, Renu Gupta and others were the members of the deputation.
