TCS badly failed deleving service to Chitralis.
CHITRAL: Couriours services working in Chitral charging heavy amount from the people of Chitral on the pretext that they provide quality serive and quick means of transportation but they badly failed.Especially TCS company who charge high rate and assure their customers that their postal mail would be delivered to their destination within 24 hours but unfortunately sometime TCS not shift their mail in 5 to 6 days. A local journalist complained to this scribe that he had booked a very important Documentary to an international News Agency Islamabad on February 2 and he was assured that it will be delevered within 24 hours at Islamabad but it could not reached its destination on 6th Feb despite that the road was also open for al type of traffic. When he contacted local TCS office he was informed that they send their mail only by NATCO service (big coaster vehicle) and its could not travel for the last 4 days. When he was stressed that why they not send their mail through small flying coach and jeep he responded that we have agreement only with Natco company and can not hire services of any other company. Residnets of Chitral have demanded from high ups of TCS as well as from the concerned ministry and authority who issue them lisence for taking stern action against TCS Chitral who fooling with helpless Chitrali and not deliver their important letters timely depite that they charge extra money. AS result people of Chitral face great loss and mental torture. The journalist also disclosed that he will approach to Consumer Court for a civl suit for a damages case to claim his fincial loss.
