Jammu, March 20, (Scoop News)-Describing the fresh incident of terror attack in Rajbagh area of Kathua district as indicative of Pakistan’s continued infatuation with jehadis, BJP State Chief Spokesperson Sunil Sethi said that it is most unfortunate and the party condemns it in strong words.
Addressing a press conference at party headquarters alongwith State spokesperson Balbir Ram Rattan, Sethi said that such attack has again given blow to the peace process with the neighboring country and sent very wrong signals across the people of the country, especially when the Central government has been putting its best efforts to bring peace and normalcy in Jammu and Kashmir. He added that all such elements should understand that these incidents not only go to further harden the public opinion against any reapproachment with Pakistan but also strengthen the resolve of the country to treat Pakistan as an untrust worthy neighbor, thereby ensure Pakistan’s continued isolation in the international comity of nation.
Sunil Sethi further said that such like incidents make one to think whether areas not effected by Pak inspired gun culture like Kathua are needed to be kept out of preview of disturbed area provisions.
Declaring that the BJP-led NDA government at the centre will adopt a strong stand on occurrence of such incident, Sunil Sethi said that the anti-India forces, within an outside India should understand it well that Narendra Modi government will not be cowed down by such dastardly acts nor will tolerate any
Meanwhile Shri Ram Sena Jammu and Kashmir has strongly condemned the militant attack on Police Station Rajbagh, Kathua Friday morning in which 4 persons including two JK Police personnel, one CRPF jawan and one civilian lost their lives and about one dozen others got injuries.
While condemning the militants’ attack, Shri Ram Sena Jammu Kashmir state president Rajiv Mahajan said that militants have once again made their presence felt by attacking the Rajbagh Police station. Mahajan asks the State government to take adequate measures to strengthen the security network and check such attacks from happening in future. He also asks Government of India to take the matter with Pakistan in strong words and snap all talks till that country mends its ways and crush all militant training camps in Pakistan.
