Terrorism, Corruption and other Malfeasance hounds RP with no end in sight

Pre-occupied with the conviction of former President, the Philippine government almost ceased operation in hunting down terror groups in the south of the country. In a surprise move, government authorities pulled out a military contingent running after terrorists down south. A battalion of military and police were deployed in the capital before and after the promulgation of the case of former President Estrada. The government says it is holding in high regard the security of the country, but in reality it was an overreaction to the flawed intelligence work of the military that are frantically over protective of their commander in chief. The terrorists are having their day because military operation came to a halt. The government and the cabal of grafters and corruptors are likewise having their day in dipping their hands in every anomalous transactions or contracts while majority of the people suffers from the chronic poverty and hunger. What a waste of resources but that’s what the present situation in the Philippines. May God help the Philippines.
