In a country where people are not deprived of their fundamental rights writ of government is least likely to be challenged by its own citizens, even external forces inimical to the state can not find enough room to implement their agenda of subversion and sabotage. Electronic and print media even if working under restrictions, due to advent of Internet and of high frequency TV channels and radio channels of developed countries people in third world are getting information regarding civilized and developed world. In Pakistan tremendous development in infrastructure and economic growth in previous eight years or so is experienced by its citizens, due to weak civil institutions Pakistan Army was compelled to take over the government and to rebuild the institutions, due to sincere efforts of Pakistan Armed forces now Pakistan is at the path of democracy. After nine eleven incidents fundamental rights of the people, Geneva conventions regarding conduct of war and international law principles became a causality in war against terror, it was an achievement of terrorist groups which are struggling to trap world leaders to adopt unpopular policies so that terrorist can get popular support in developing countries of the world to enhance their influence. On Tuesday 80 persons were killed in eight bomb explosions occurred in Jay Pur India, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gailani has condemned the terrorists involved in sabotage activity within Jay Pur city of India which is quite near to Dehli capital of India, and has expressed his grief and sorrow over loss of 80 precious lives of Indian citizens. Such incidents reflect that certain groups in society are having a grievance and within the system their grievance cannot be resolved and now they are out to show their anger by sabotage activity.
