The Aquaponics Survival Communities Magazine Celebrated its 1st Birthday in March
The ASC Magazines birthday edition is jam packed with timely information. It is our biggest issue yet and it just keeps getting better. The ASC magazine has been lucky enough to have industry leaders and experts share their stories and experiences with us. These have included Murray Hallam, Sylvia Bernstein, Joel Salatin, Travis Hughey and Dr Nate Storey to name just a few.
Dr Nate Storey joined us for out Birthday edition. He shared his vision and experiences about the Aquaponics industry and explains it this way: “I’ve been practicing Aquaponics for almost a decade now, and in that time I’ve seen it change from a disconnected and scattered community of people to a genuine movement. In this article, I want to talk honestly about what Aquaponics truly is, what it isn’t, and what we at Bright Agrotech believe it could be.” http://aquaponics-how-to-guide.info/aquanewsletter/
Dr Nate goes on to explain the benefits of Aquaponics as well as some of the challenges the industry still faces. It is a candid view on Aquaponics, which is exactly what people need to know. The commercial side of Aquaponics has grown leaps and bounds in the last few years. Many businesses have come and gone because they didn’t understand the demands of a commercial market. Dr Nate explains that Aquaponics can play a role in commercial food production if growers get into the right markets. https://www.facebook.com/AquaponicsSurvivalCommunities
Dr Nate and his company Bright Agrotech also manufacture vertical grow systems called ZipGrow™ towers. It is just one way that his company has been able to grow more food in a smaller space and save money on energy and heating costs at the same time. Anyone who has an Aquaponics system be it domestic or commercial can benefit from Dr Nate’s experience. If you would like to know more about the advancements in Aquaponics and read the rest of Dr Nate’s story, then please get your birthday edition today.
