The Beauty Seen Through Faith

Barbara’s Poetry From The Heart Corner

I rely on winds to bring me flight
as my firm faith lifts me upright.
I soar around a magnificent earth
thank God for His beauty and mirth.

My faith allows me to float through trees
view God’s gifts He left for you and me.
The lush fields of daisies and buttercups
glow like candles of hope lighting them up.

The nursing of a doe by its spotted young
a fox creeps through a pasture on the run.
A squirrel gathers up its winter food
chipmunk’s scamper where I once stood.

CHORUS:

I rely on winds to bring me flight
as my firm faith lifts me upright.
I soar through the sky like angel’s in flight
having faith and full of sheer delight.
I rely on winds to bring me flight
as my firm faith lifts me upright.

I pass an eagle…a blessing to see
it fills me with passions and rhapsody.
I glide over rivers and out to sea
see magical waves roar beneath me.

The mountainous areas a sight for the eyes
leaves dance in the winds… and never are shy.
They float through the air like tiny jets
as hikers walk trails in orange vests.

The beauty I see given through my faith
brings me back to the beginning front gate.
All you need is faith and imaginations
to sail through the world to see more nations.

REPEAT CHORUS
