The ceiling in the Academy falls

The ceiling in the Academy for the arts falls for a second time. Before a year the ceiling collapsed short in the lecture room by figure. Incident recurs again this year,, but this in workshop by graphics. During regular hours of more iconic art unstick Plaster 1/1 part-square meter and the fall on one student-as a result on which she receives a hit in the head. The ceiling-killer continues bagging menacingly in the workshop by shorthand as well.
