The city of 70’s and 80s

Is NY still the same NY as it was before? In the 70s and the 80s before the technology, NY was the place for music. NY was considered as home of many jazz concert, musicals, and rock concerts.  Everyone loved New York and was more outgoing. Now, after the invention of technology, New York is all about having the largest flat screen TV, video games, and spending night at the movies.
