London – July 15, 2016 – The Employee Engagement Awards (www.ee-awards.com) opens for entries today across the UK & Ireland. The deadline is September 30, 2016.
In a competitive labour market, businesses have to create an engaging and rewarding working environment. The EE Awards recognise and celebrate the best small and big businesses the UK & Ireland have to offer – as well as the ‘Unsung Heroes’ in an organisation that can make such a difference to delivering effective engagement.
Leading the way globally
Matt Manners, Founder & CEO, The EE Awards, said: “The Employee Engagement Awards are fast becoming the gold standard for those companies that want to demonstrate to the labour market that they are putting the Employee Experience at the heart of their business. Moreover that the strategies they are implementing are dynamic, innovative and breaking new ground in what can be done to enhance engagement within a business.
“Now that we recognise excellence through the awards and motivate change with our conference, we want to inspire every business in the UK to feel the benefits of best practice employee engagement. We want organisations of all sizes and from all sectors to enter so that we can bring to the surface the very best in engagement so that others can learn through example.”
Calum Di Lieto, Editor & Head of Content at HR Grapevine – the official media partner – stated: “Employee engagement is an essential part of every businesses’ future success, regardless of the sector in which they operate in.
“In times of uncertainty it is the engagement of a company’s ‘most important asset’ that will make the difference between surviving and thriving, and it is inspiring to hear about the innovative and cost-effective ways businesses are managing this.”
