The Iranian military will give a “crushing response” to anyone intending to disrupt the security of the Kurdistan region in Western parts of Iran

A senior regional commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps warned that the IRGC will give crushing response to anyone intending to disrupt the security of Kurdistan region in the Western parts of Iran.

While he didn’t specifically mentioning the Islamic State by name , the commander meant ISIS (Aka: The Islamic State (IS) (Arabic: الدولة الإسلامية‎ ad-Dawlah al-ʾIslāmiyyah), formerly known as the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) is a radical Sunni  jihadist group, widely regarded as a terrorist organization.

In its self-proclaimed status as a caliphate, it claims religious authority over all Muslims across the world.

“Our only goal is establishment of durable security for the public and we will seriously confront anyone who might intend to disrupt this security,” Commander of the IRGC Beit ol-Moqaddas Corps Brigadier General Mohammad Hossein Rajabi told reporters in the western city of Sanandaj on Tuesday.

He noted that the IRGC is ready to confront any threat in different areas, and said, “We will do anything which is needed for tranquility and comfort of the people.”

This was in total violation of international law by the way which prohibits the material support of terrorism. A fact the major corporate owned, entertainment based, media in the United States refuses to report on in any real detail! But that is another story altogether…
