There will be daily service out of San Francisco International Airport to Shanghai and Mumbai from 14 June, by Jet Airways. After this launch, Jet Airways will be the first Indian airline to fly from San Francisco to Mumbai and only the second airline worldwide to fly nonstop from San Francisco to Shanghai.The flight from San Francisco International Airport will also be the airline’s fourth daily North American departure to India, following launches of service from New York’s JFK and Newark airports, and Toronto Pearson International Airport, within the past year.
