ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Pakistani Interior minister Rehman Malik said the initial reports and evidence show that Baitullha Mehsud has been killed.
In a U.S. drone attack, Baithullha Mehsud’s wife, brother and guards were killed on Wednesday in South Waziristan.
The terror icon from South Waziristan and the head of Taliban chapter from South Waziristan agency and the mastermind behind the numerous terrorist attacks on Pakistan army, government and civilians installations, suicide attacks, at last met his nemesis, according o news reports.
The government is investigation the killing of Baithullah Mehsud and his seven guards were also killed in the missile attack by the U.S. drone in the Zangar area of South Waziristan.
The attack was carried out at the same place where Baitullah Mehsud was supposedly present, according to reports.
However, the government agencies are collecting evidence of the killing of Baitullah Mehsud.
